Effective, but scheduling could improve

I used Weed Man for their Mosquito Control this summer, and it worked really well – we could actually enjoy our patio again. The service itself was effective, and the technician was thorough. My only small gripe is that scheduling sometimes felt a little inflexible. I had to call a couple of times to adjust the date, and it took a bit to get it sorted. Overall, a positive outcome, but a smoother booking process would be a nice improvement.
